Who we are
HODOS Strategy and Digital Positioning, based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data collected on this site, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What we collect
Only what you submit in the Strategic Review form: name, email, WhatsApp, company or profile, website or Instagram, revenue range, what you have tried and your main goal.
How we use it
To evaluate your request and contact you about it. The legal basis is your consent and steps prior to a possible contract.
Sharing
We do not sell or hand over your data. It is stored on contracted cloud infrastructure, with access restricted to the HODOS team.
Retention
For as long as needed to handle the request or while a business relationship exists, unless the law requires otherwise.
